I AM NOTHING....

poem by: Frank Hornby .
Written on Oct 20, 2020

"How do you cope, when you lose someone you love?
Do you abandon all hope...or pray to the "almighty"above?
It's a personal choice to have a belief,
where many people find solace, in dealing with grief,
or..do you get angry with being "let down"...again?
Thinking...if there is a creator, then why cause me pain?
...So, is it easier to live life..just being alone?
Dealing with your own strife...all problems your own.
Atheism is simple...religion?..what for?
in fact, when I finally die..."I am nothing once more."

Nicely written poem frank and so true to have a belief is a personal choice.Interesting though many an Atheist have become believers of God after looking into the Holy scriptures.
