Killed with sly

poem by: Kayleigh Blower
Written on Apr 15, 2018

Cuddle myself to sleep tonight. Under the stars under moonlight.
Took my heart and killed it with sly
Took me for a fool ther are no tears to cry, They were taken too young too soon.
The names of a woman are as follows, Mother Sister Auntie and so on.
It seems to be a wife is to be denied. Never enough other than to stand in line. Only enough to sit wait stand and pine. Guess that's just my life and this i will stand tall with pride.

Men! You'll get over him soon. Just try not to let him keep you down. xx

I love this piece. Struggle with the power people have over your mind.
