I don't feel well today

poem by: Roxanne Dubarry
Written on Oct 06, 2017

I don't feel well today. My blood sugar is about 183, and I am
in total misery. And my weight is 232 lbs. What more can I
honestly say? I just don't feel well today.

I spent most of this day in bed. However, Saven pharmacy
delivered my medication sets. I need to make an
appointment to see James Song, my dermatologist.
It won't be too long.

Susan comes to work Friday tomorrow. I will ask her
first, before I make an appointment to see him.

Dr. Kapil Gangwal's medical assistant, Stacy will FAX
the necessary information to Lynnwood's Virgina
Mason's Medical clinic.

My brother Dale called me today and wished me a
happy (63rd) birthday. Mary came over later on
and gave me a couple of McDonald's sandwiches
as well.

Love as always,

There is a new song by Morrissey called ´´ spent the day in bed´´ . He says that you have to be good to yourself.

Wishful thinking

Why waste the time of day in wishful thinking? Why spin cobwebs in the air? Why wish upon a star, when no one hears? Many years I have spent in wishful thinking. Day dreaming most of my life away. Wasting away the years, Ign... Read more

Jesus Christ is my major source of inspiration, it is quite obvious to me. Without his help, I would possess no talent for composing any of my inspirational Christian poetry. He provides the words to say. He lightens my heavy ... Read more
