Wasted day

poem by: P Mason
Written on Nov 22, 2016

Trying to sort out the day.
4 hours waiting with nothing
while 'software' was slopped off to my jeep....
manufacturer mandate....
I read...I thought too much...I shuffled my feet
I simply waited
I pondered where I was....
I wrote....
I was painfully restless
I finally fussed for a loaner
I drove to enroll in a class on war and society at Bowdoin
I wrote this hideous poem
I still have no answers to any of the questions that
Plague
Me on a daily basis....
It's my life....
day by day
Week by week
Month by month
To an undefined eternity.

So it goes.
