Monster Master

poem by: Theresa Taylor
Written on Aug 11, 2016

I write my darkness
I let it's blackness bleed across the page
Feels good like holy murder
I am killing The Beast
Saving all of you from my Hydra
Humans come in many shades
All with wild and carnal natures suppressed
Twisted up and wrestling inside of us
Each is hungry for escape
Tame your creature with lethal utensil embraced
Pen, Quill, Knuckley Finger Brush
Write it upon the walls
Look your demons in the face and show us
