Young Slave

poem by: Tony Anderson
Written on Jul 19, 2016

She was taken from her family
At a young age
Sold as a slave
She worked hard labor
During the day
She preformed sexual favors
At night

She's been beaten
Molested
Broken
Scared for life
The buises a bloody purple

Her only friend
Another
Like her
Bought and sold
Into slavery at a young age

Together they fight to hang on
Togethr they draw strength
To make it day after day

Both beaten
Both abused
Together as friends
