HEAVEN GATE

poem by: Kenvil Atkins

Why boasteth thyself, evil man
Know you not that we are all
Prisoner of Death
The soul that sinneth must die
The living know that they will die
But the dead knoweth nothing why
Rebirth to a newcomer takes over
Life is earnest but the grave is its goal
Dust thou art and to dust returneth
There is no partial discrimination
All nations will suffer the same notion
When the ship of death sales the ocean
It is far too late Death Angel will not wait
Some will travel the road to the pearly gate
Others will find out but it's much too late
That the gate man awaits you for this is fate
Know you, not you can't enter with that much hate
Nothing to boast about here oh what a waste
