An Eerie Mist

poem by: Geoffrey Heath Price
Written on Mar 17, 2020

A eerie mist
A wild bird's call
A sea of grass now calm
No progress here
No want or need
To defile this beauteous realm.
To dwell a while
Upon the moors
With sun to kiss the face
Think nought of time
and give oneself
To nature's wild embrace.
