May your balefires burn so bright, May your song sore into the night. May the bells keep the fey at length, May your dance be full of life and strength. May the gods bless this day of Fertility and flame, And strike peace and love, in the Horn Gods name. May the Master of the hunt, be here at our call, Cernunnos, Cernunnos, Cernunnos a beckon from all. Circling around the Beltane's fire in trance, Purify all in tune with the dance. Cleansing yourself in the Hawthorn tree, Cernunnos, Cernunnos, Cernunnos, we beckon to thee. Ribbons of red, and ribbons of white, God and Goddess entwined in sensual rite. Dancing in four by two, a sabbats day held, Weaving and turning together en-spelled. King and queen their heads so adorned, Chaplets of flowers, in arrangement they're worn. At crossroads they dance, a melody of love, A Blessing bestowed from Lord and Lady above. Come see the balefires and rejoice with your Meade, Sing and dancing, with joy and love we proceed. Raising your energies, an invocation we yearn. Blessings from Beltane, let the fire's burn. Fires burn bright into the night, Song and dance will all of your might. Poles standing high, a phallus to the sky, Lord and lady, entwined in lusted cry. 29-Oct-Andy Wilden
