TRAVELING

juggle, dip, smart, line, afterthought, guidelines, least, bounce, drop, gain, remember, time, finish, done, over, maintain

Following the guidelines as time goes by. Is the least one can do. Traveling down the unfamiliar road. Bringing anxiety and angst to you.

Takes your mind to a place. Where things feel benevolent. As if there’s nothing to gain. Step up. Stand down. Time brings more to be seen. Envisioning all around.

Bounce with the beat. Close your eyes. Seeing more to the scene. There’s more to be gained. Let ur mind explore as it wanders. Leaving less to pondered.

This trip is worth the ride. Respecting the face. To staying unseen. To the patience that never seemed to be around. Giving props to the game.

Always gathering the thoughts. The ones that seemed so lost. Brought to tears down your cheeks trickling down to the ground. No more watering the grass. Happiness has been found.

Finally the time has come. Let the rain do it’s thing. Pass the wand. To the nightmare. No more dreaming. Making a meaningful life. Kingdom come. This stage here is now finished. It’s time to smile. For a job well done.

I like unconventional pieces like this! So many people keep to the tried and true patterns of writing poem. It's refreshing to read extra creative stuff like this. Very well written!
