Joanne Sprunger

Joanne, we were both younger when we first met.
We have freely shared both good times and bad.
There was a prolonged period of my life when
I was so very depressed; I felt emotionally sad.

When I was younger, I thought of taking my own life.
But Jesus Christ divinely intervened and saved me.
Your advice many times rescued and delivered me.

Freedom is internally seeking sound bodies and minds.
I am grateful you are much more than my ARNP.
But a good friend of mine.

We knew each other before Lifenet became
Compass Health. Maintaining my mental health
involves mind, body, and soul. Thank you
for helping me keep our goals!

Love as always,
