A Dear Sister

poem by: Ocean Carey
Written on Nov 08, 2017

I have a dear, lovely, little sister
My dear sister is almost half my age
Both halves that make a whole, how I miss her
Menace she is, ought' to keep her in a cage

She's a sister from another mother
She is my greatest weakness that ever lived
I would never allow her to suffer
She was the best gift that was ever gived

Short dirty blond hair, big bright glossy blue eyes
Only eight years of age, child born in may
Acute little sister who always tries,
Pretends to be an angel every day

A dear little sister who holds my love
More beautiful than the angels above
