Mighty man

poem by: Christopher Russon
Written on Nov 05, 2017

The world now unbalanced you mighty man
Giant creatures fell to your greed and pride
You destroyed the human plan.now we are divided
And who will release us from your chains.

Nature now in jeaperdy struggling to survive
Planet zero soon too be.intervention needed
Thanks to you mighty man
Your bows and arrows will break one day.

There was once a picture painted of of peace and love
Then it all disappeared at the strike of your hand
The power was yours given by higher source
Then you crossed a line and now your in decline.

So down you must fall.you must reap what you have sown
The beast of the field felt your domain mighty man
So walk like a philistine it was in yourself you put your trust
Now nature brings you to your knees and now upon your sword.
Die you must.

An excellent write Christopher, I particularly like the last line a strong finish to a poem that has much depth to it~very well done.
