Return

To the funeral that lasted to where the sun still asks it's questions,to the writing on it's headstone that keeps singing and the mic disconnected,to the black suits and and the dresses that blow in the wind leaving tears behind and footprints to match,I say nothing filling the sky with song then running home......

What comfort is this
A warm death
Sleeping next to nail and rope

A dream inside a dream
Escaping the maze
Running home

Oh halo
I am loose
Freefalling to the tide

Oh halo
Return
