The K B Blues.....

poem by: Frank Hornby .
Written on Aug 16, 2017

"I'm off to the Grafton, for the Saturday night dance,
wow, I've just seen a "good looker," and I don't half fancy my chance.
Dead cool I saunter over, casually looked her up, and down,
"alright there gorgeous," "how long have you been in town?"
She just looked at her mate,...suddenly I realised my gaffe,
"Get lost Knobhead! You're surely Havin' a laugh,"
They both roared out with laughter, I could only swallow my pride,
I crawled back to the bar, I had nowhere to hide.
Oh, well it's just another Knock Back, every Saturday night is the same,
I'm used to it by now, but I'll keep playing the game,
because one night I'll "cop off," mark my words, wait, and see,
when with Miss World on my arm, there will be no more KB!"

Good and funny poem. Try stroking, what you thought was a females long beautiful hair, and say " Your hair belongs on my shoulders", than realize it was a guy. Needles to say how the fight started.
