Winter is dawning

poem by: Gemma Morgan
Written on Nov 08, 2016

O winter time , your cold nights
Colder mornings
The frost and mist left in my street
The endless battling with the elements
My need for hats and gloves
The dark drawn in mornings
And even darker eerie nights
The hearings up full
All wrapped up
O winter time , you are so harsh
