Sky eyes

poem by: Gemma Morgan
Written on Nov 07, 2016

Your eyes fill my heart
Like a bright light
Blue in the middle and the brightest white
Placed on a face of great desire
Wanted and needed like the warmth of a fire
Your eyes are like portals to another place
Your eyes are like diamonds glistening upon your face
Blue like the ocean
Blue like the sky
Taking me in
Letting me fly
At night when the beauty
Is hidden from sight
I'll lay and dream
Close my eyes
And wait to see my angels blue skies
