Who Am I?

poem by: D'Vina Dietrich
Written on Apr 02, 2015

Trying so desperately to grasp
Grasp on to something
Something that is
Unreachable.
Trying so hard you feel like you'll break
Break down in pieces
That can never be
Picked up.
Then you're scared you'll get lost
Lost all your chances
Chances that are gone forever
Just like something once called
You.

I like this one because I have something similar, it is a prose without any title. I will place it in my files if you want to check it out.

We find meaning to our own existence in other people. and when they leave, which they eventually do, We lose that meaning.
