BEHIND THE WALLS

poem by: Fadrian Bartley
Written on Feb 13, 2018

The penitentiary is a world
Created from the mind of hades
All those who has being there
Can tell his identity
Eyes of hate and fear
Mind of hurtful thoughts
And hearts cold as Antarctica
Without warmth
The only hell exist without fire

A beautiful metaphor used when comparing the penitentiary with hell. I think the feeling of fear and loneliness of those who have to transit that hell on earth is really well transmitted. Loved it Fadrian!
