Lady In Blue

Why did you kill me mummy?
Did I do something bad?
I want my dummy.
Why won't you tell me about dad?
I look down from Heaven where I now live
But no longer is it my job to forgive

The Lady in Blue with me plays
And after me she looks
The Lady in Blue with me prays
And for me she cooks
The Lady in Blue is such a good Mother
And even now, she welcomes another.

Why mummy did I have to die?
Why mummy did you lie?
I could have made you happy,
If only given the chance.
I could have been a wonderful chappy
But now I am up in Heaven growing plants.

Why did you hate me mummy?
Why did you let them tear me apart
They ripped me to pieces,
Surely that must have broke your heart.
I hear that Daddy was deported
But how does that justify having me aborted?

My heart was beating and full of love
Now I play in Heaven above.
I want to say thank you
To the Lady in Blue
For giving me fun
And raising me as her son.
