Whats Wrong With Mother?
I become possess
From my mother’s affliction
The heart cut itself
When I anticipate her struggles
It horrifies me

What’s wrong with mother?
The battle she endure
From a body which tend to fight itself
War break silence at the surfaces of her skin
Prolong at the edge of the hair follicle

What’s wrong with mother?
A few days of no pills
And my eyes burn
From the salt liquid flowing between my lashes
Whenever i look upon her

What’s wrong with mother?
Her hair was remove without her consent
And like vampires she is now a victim to
The humid rays of the smiling sun

What’s wrong with mother?
Her dark cluster patches
Spreading all over her body frightens me
not another soul or demon, but a complex
nature fighting against itself.

The comparison with vampires is interesting. If the author added detail to this particular theme it would make this poem more interesting.

......cleverly done......but it fooled me....it was impossible for me to relate to the illness....my own mother died with Cancer....symptoms of the poem hit home...........good poem..
