"You were just a small portion of my life,
but I got to know you really well,
you told me about your lovely family,
so much yo had to tell.
With stories of your dislike of school,
and the lack of ambition in your life,
you seemed to often bend the odd rule,
a future balanced on the edge of a knife.
But as we we went about our daily tasks,
each day working side by side,
the pure goodness that I saw in you Sam,
it was something that you just couldn't hide.
The few short years that I knew you,
so honoured, and so proud, oh yes I am,
my head is filled full, of fond memories of mate Sam."

A glowing tribute to your mate Sam, you have the incredible ability to take every day experiences and turn it into poetry and that is a gift Frank~well done.
