Time

poem by: Robert Folland
Written on Aug 26, 2017

Although so much time has past
And your not tightly in my arms,
That irresistible feeling still ardently
Withstands and beats strongly in the heart.

To think of love at times is touch
but a feeling that’s yet to pass,
That feeling of passion within our eyes
And souls blithely a shine,
In hopes that bring solidarity
and devotion in our life.

The utopian bliss that’s purloined the heart,
  so imaginably desired,
the irresistible feeling that leads
Ardently threw the nights,
That vivid attraction of love
That’s been longed for all our lives.
