the star inside

have you ever looked up at the stars?
just sit there in total silence, and think?
i have, and it is beautiful.
how you can still see the light in them long after their death.
lots of people are the same way. 
even though they seem alive and well, they are dead inside.
nothing inside but death.
no more emotions
no more feeling
just simply nothing.
and for some people,
it's better to feel nothing
than feel hurt or
pain or 
anything.
