'Another day lost' Lost another day in bed Dizzy pounding vice like head Weak and feeble heavy bones No fight left to spell my moans Whooshing sounds as pressure mounts Lost again at life discounts Tired and floppy flu like aches 'Nother day sad body takes Pained and sleepy feeling lost Avoiding daylight at all cost Noise and smells exaggerated Staying upright overrated Don't take my daytime leave me be I've had enough don't bother me As give in to the pain once more These loss of days are such a bore ########################### 'Another day lost' by Victoria Payne November 2016 https://m.facebook.com/groups/Poemsbyvictoriapayne/

Another day of lost time
Aches and pains a daily chore
