'A letter to '

'A letter to <insert relevant medical professional here>'

Dear whom I put my trust in to
The one that's here to help
My symptom list's a page or two
The impact firmly felt

You see; you only see one part of me
The pain not seen or felt
There's really so much more to me
Your heart won't feel the pelt

You may think it's just my back today
That bends its curvy route
Or BP drops and heart rate shocks
Or migraine pain acute

See this one for my gut
and the problems that arise
That one tracks my joints
But will never hear my cries

As if you saw all aspects
If you felt each part
From pain in bulging neck
To thump of racing heart
You'd understand, try to believe
Why I see you as so naive
