Fast Forward

poem by: Dean Delfer
Written on Jan 30, 2017

As the new year develops,
So new patterns emerge,
The course of which envelopes,
Perhaps lessening the force of its surge.
The tapestry of life's conclusions,
May revoke some transient fears,
As the disparaging of delusions,
Through the rapids of rancour steers.
