Winter Day

(Quatrain)
Jan 21, 2017• By daniel miltz •

The skimming winter day
becomes flushed angrily
pushing with licentious revelry
and scowling delicately astray

The day vanishes into the night eye
and dread ascents with a feeling scream
The night flickers in cherishing gleam
As life proceeds--a brilliant dusk settles over sky

Arch Angel commented:
It creates extremely vivid images. I literally almost thought I was in a different place (no hyperbole intended). Good job!
