NOTE TO SELF: KEEP GOING! no money no job keep going friends few prospects bleak keep going keep going...... Forget suicide how dare you think on it! Remember survivors starved and brutalised whose beloved families were burnt to ash you saw the film of frail ones weeping kissing a liberators hand did they not cope with more than you'll ever know did they not just keep going? The Grandfather your'e so proud of went through the Great War the Turkish beaches the gas in the trenches yet lived to old age kept going....... No purpose left? then find one you idiot you are not ill just get a grip so you can't get a job but you worked for 30 years plus so it's not impossible to find something keep going! One day it will be better look back to dark days survived things always change keep going keep going !!
