Afternoon

poem by: Sun Chaser
Written on Nov 09, 2016

A gentle wind lifts itself through the tangled branches above me and every tiny leaf comes to life.
They join together to create a sound so calming, that it begs the question......
Did god cause their little choir to serenade my anxieties away?
As they settle down, the silence flows through me,I feel as though I'm flouting. I am part of the earth. My surroundings have become a dear friend, who's every effort is to ease my person. The wind returns and the leaves begin to build their number........in dedication of my afternoon!
