My Regrets I regret the fact that I couldn't help my family because of my disability!! I regret the fact that I couldn't get a good paying job to help my family... I'm a disgrace!!! Lovely heartfelt poem Ricky.I hope you don't mind me just giving you some friendly advice.
Don't worry too much at the moment about being professional with your poems that will come.my poems are Amateur and I am happy with that.Recently I came home from a poetry event walking home down the high st with a professional poet I said I wish I could write like you.in reply he said do not try and compare yourself with others.then he continued I have been doing this all my life.this is what I am about.I will always remember that advice.so carry on writing Ricky.all the best.happy days.
