Hello

poem by: Aina A
Written on Oct 13, 2016

"Hello."
"Hello" I said.
"What is it that you want?" it asks me.
"I do not know." I said.
Keep silent. The voice inside me whispers.
Keep oh so still.
"Hello?"
I stay here silent.
I stay and wait.
It says again.."Hello."
I can no longer stand it. I move. I make a sound.
The sound makes waves and wakes it.
The one that before now lay still.
