Merging

poem by: Aina A
Written on Oct 09, 2016

I want to split away from myself in order to become two.
I want to become the things that I can manage individually.
One part of me I would despise and the second I would tolerate.
These separate parts of me would live their lives in two different worlds.
Two separate worlds but part of a whole.
One a day when I least expect it these two parts of me would merge and form a whole.
When this happens I will have ceased to be the wild crazy thing that I once was..

Fascinating and using words in a pleasing way. You seem to have a natural, easy way of expressing yourself
