   TEARS
My tears have become my best friend.
I’ll cry them until the very end.
Sorrow has filled my life with pain.
Your death is making me feel insane.
                            Being alone without you everyday.
I ask myself is this the only way.
I wonder if my life will ever change.
Mabee if it would I’d quit feeling so strange.
No one knows about loneliness until you’ve lost your only love.
I prayer every night for blessing from our Lord above.
I would give my all to have you back.
Mabee then my life would get back on track.
No one knows how lonely and sad I feel.
Your death made everything so unreal.
The kids are fighting and I can’t make it right.
I need you to hold me just for one night.
                                   We’ll be together again someday.
                                                 Soon I pray.
                                                            Teresa Skyles 07/12/16
