Vengeance

Vengeance

If I go before I get to you
My hatred will not perish
It will live among the shadows
Eventually terrifying you to death.

I’ll make death start slowly
Not letting the pain end swift
For you have deserved my haunting
My hating legacy will never lift.

You! You selfish prick
Can’t even count on help from Nick
As he and God agree
You are going somewhere never to be free

We both know what your deeds destroyed
You will never escape this torment
As I am a long way from being done
As my curse has just begun.

To show you that I have control
When you accept you made life for me a misery
When you bargain with the powers to set you free
It will never happen as I am the holder of the key.

Sounds like betrail in your poem. Ex boyfriend?
Nicho Mose commented:
Exactly ...you do hold the key. Forgiveness sets YOU free . Not your enemy. You can't change anybody but your self.( try as you may ) Love never fails .But it takes practice. And... you'll sleep a lot better.
