Towards Our Walls Of Ink

poem by: Rhys Aquinas
Written on Mar 16, 2016

Writing poems can be hard,
As we all do know.
Many men try to be a Bard
But their words don't always flow.

So here we are talking,
And trying our best to think.
We are always walking
Towards our walls of ink.

In the beginning, comes the dark
Then the match strikes on.
Next comes a bright gold spark
All that blankness gone

Never despair, just take some time.
Remember, it doesn't have to rhyme!
