Access to Myself

poem by: Durlabh Singh

ACCESS TO MYSELF

Now this instant which pervades
Inhabited space within the verse
Giving access to some deeper self
A blankness on face of the adverse.

Plenty of space to expand
For agonies and blooms to withstand
In partnership with time and space
Combined with tenderness and grace.

Send for the winds of consolation
Radiant twilight for inner warmth
Sunlits hidden in folds of skies
 Away from rumblings of concealed
In shattered pieces of dejected cries.
