The wind without
Now set to roaring
Trees are swaying
Magpies soaring.
Black sky threatening
A storm of storms
Tear-like rain
On each pane forms.
Here within -
Deep thoughts and silence
a calm from outside's
Noisy violence.

A good poem to read during a storm. A lull in the spirit is a good time to meditate.
