Ted (Coming Home)

poem by: Dan Cooper
Written on Mar 13, 2012

Before the door has been pushed to;
Feel its cooling warmth.
His ears are up, silken with chocolate velvet
Dependable amber lamps beam at you
Lit delicately
Eitherside a perfect, blackened nose.
