Ineluctably Bullied

poem by: Robert Folland
Written on May 26, 2015

For all the times they laughed and stared,
The times they over looked the ineluctable fears,
For if they knew the pain behind the tears,
The unenlightened cruelty and unjust screams,
The voices of dogma crushing innovations and unsurpassed dreams,
Consequentialism and the rite to individualism should not be
Unknown or ever unseen.

To the ones who are strong enough to smile threw the struggle,
The ones who are able to regain what was once taken,
To the ones who lost their lives from what judgements had sorely mistaken.

Theirs no one uneven as we all bleed the same,
To a bullies moral and acute sense of fame,
The ones who are bullied , their individual hearts still shine all the same.
