Sleepless Woman

                                                   Sleepless Woman

Oh sleepless woman!
City dead house that returns to her tomb at the third crow of the rooster.
She has lost her body for money once again last night.
Was a victim looking for her nocturnal assassin.
Was fleeing from herself searching for her shadow.
And she sought vespertinal illusions.
And she did not find;
Only live corpses that border on an instance of pleasure suspended in lust.
City dead house, night is doubting and day is hesitating.
In this hour only a few living oscillate in the stupor of the dawn.
Gently light advances in majestic steps to stomp out yawns and her agonies.
A frigid insomnia voraciously sets on a fixed thought of wasted sex.
And a ray of light brightens her bedroom to bury her sins alive.
Somnolently descending upon her pillows alone.
She dreams of setting fire and burning to ashes her transitory night beds

Thank you for your comments, I wrote this for a friend who was in that profession. She hated what she did but the money was too appealing.
