Sleepless

Another sleepless night,
In which I can not turn out my light.
For shadows, demons, and devils take flight,
In that which dwells in my mind from sight.

Is there not a more natural bugaboo in mystic lore? Your verse nicely explains literary endeavor of many. I think this would cause Dylan Thomas to smile towards the early morning.
