I was born in 91, But my birth was no fun
What was supposed to be a happy time
Ended up with our lives on the line
Thought we would never
Survive another day
When the nurses
Said that they’d stay
They were ready
To switch off my machine
Then they heard a little scream
They said it was miraculous
That I was alive and told my
Mum I was going to die
Her being my mum
Didn’t believe them
And I defied them

They said to my mum that it
Was up to God weather I lived or died
Even they couldn't lie
They said it was a waiting game as to weather
